This hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from JR Sapporo Station and close to attractions and food options. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, especially with the twin beds available. The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, as they were always ready to help. However, the dining experience could use improvement, and there were some renovations happening during our stay, which was a bit distracting. Overall, it was a good value for money.
